1. Who we are

Doseworks ("we", "us") operates doseworks.co.uk and sells digital educational publications. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What you are buying

Our products are digital publications (PDF downloads), including The Complete GLP-1 Success Guide. When your payment is confirmed, we deliver a download link to the email address you provide at checkout. Nothing physical is shipped.

3. Educational content only - not medical advice

Our publications are educational and informational. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a substitute for the advice of your prescriber, GP, pharmacist, or any other qualified health professional. Never start, stop, or change medication or treatment based on our content. If you have concerns about your health or medication, speak to your clinician. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999.

We do not sell, supply, or facilitate access to any medication.

4. No guarantee of results

Everyone's health, circumstances, and response to medication are different. We make no promise that following anything in our publications will produce any particular outcome, including weight loss.

5. Your licence to use the content

When you buy one of our publications you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download, keep, and print it for your own use. You may not share, resell, republish, or distribute it, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content is our copyright.

6. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Delivery is by email, normally within minutes of payment. If your download email does not arrive, check your spam folder, then contact us at [email protected] and we will re-send it.

7. Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you bought the product, or for any loss arising from reliance on our content contrary to section 3. Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the price you paid for it.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
