1. Who we are

Doseworks operates doseworks.co.uk and is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

• Email address (purchase). Collected at checkout so we can deliver your download link and send your receipt. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Email address (free chapter). Collected when you request the free chapter, so we can send it and occasional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: consent.
• Purchase records. Order details (what you bought, when, and the payment reference) kept for accounting and to re-send purchases on request. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe.

3. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits and understand which pages are used. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal information that identifies you.

4. Who processes data for us

• Stripe - payment processing
• Resend - sending our emails
• Railway - hosting the website
• Cloudflare - network and DNS services
• Umami - cookieless analytics

Some of these providers process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.

5. How long we keep data

Purchase records are kept for six years to meet accounting rules. Free-chapter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
